
Celebrating 50 years of Culinary and Hospitality Education, the Galway International Hotel School has a global reputation for high-quality education and business degrees in Tourism, Heritage, Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel and Culinary Arts. Graduates of the school are well-known faces on the Galway food and tourism Landscape and students and staff participate regularly in many of Galway’s high-profile events. The culinary arts department is constantly innovating in the field of gastronomy science, food product development, sustainable food and tourism with many ongoing research projects in these fields. The school offers a range of programmes to support both full-time and part-time students and continues to support industry by offering advanced entry to programmes in recognition of prior learning and work experience (RPL). The school is delighted to join Blas na Gaillimhe and hopes to welcome Blas na Gaillimhe members to our campus in support of this valued initiative.
