I’m a Forager all my life, I have made it my own Business for the last 15 years. I graduated from GMIT in 1987 with a basic degree in Hotel Management, I worked in Germany, England and Ireland in Hotels. I left the Hotel industry to go back to take over the Family Business in 1994. I have worked for myself since, I had 5 Restaurants until the crash in 2008, I then went back to GMIT to do an Honors Degree and a Master’s in Strategy and Innovation in Business.
