After two years of working together in the restaurant industry, they decided to relaunch City Sushi Galway with a fresh approach—bringing an exclusive sushi experience directly to people’s homes. They curated stunning sushi tables for private events and celebrations, and within just a month, their schedule was fully booked. Balancing their day jobs with weekend events was a challenge, but their passion for sushi kept them going.

The turning point came when they secured a kitchen space inside Galway Bay Seafoods, allowing them to take the next big step. What started as a two-person takeaway operation quickly grew as demand soared. Before they knew it, they were not only running a thriving business but also creating opportunities for others who became part of the City Sushi family.
