Lignum Restaurant

Lignum’s goal is to showcase the quality and diversity of ingredients from the wonderful people who raise, grow and produce them. The centrepiece of our kitchen is a wood-burning oven where we cook over raw flames. This allows us to give a nod to the historic food culture of our area while growing and creating something new.
Our head Chef Danny Africano is half Irish/ half Italian so there is also a strong Mediterranean influence in our seasonal menu.
