We began our company Chef Laura Rosso selling burgers for friends from home.
A few months later we opened our first physical location in Galway City (still as a takeaway) during the lockdown in April 2020 and also we started up our company officially.
Only one year later we opened the doors to our customers at our current location in Salthill.
Since then we are receiving positive feedback from our customers and we are happy with everything that we have achieved so far!

Casual dining is the other luxury of choice offered as The Twelve features Pizza Dozzina and its magnificent stone oven from Vesuvius, Naples, the buzzy, award winning GastroBar known as The Pins.
POTA has three core values. Community, Sustainability and Quality. We are a small café in the heart of the Connemara Gaeltacht and the last eatery en route to the Aran Islands. Our focus is on local, seasonal, organic food prepared with a light touch to help it shine. All of our staff are fluent Irish speakers.
